Voodoo Ziplines’ new 3d VR app is on track to launch next year, as it takes the virtual reality genre to another level.
Ziplining’s new app allows users to track their favourite objects and places, like cars, with a 360 degree camera view.
It’s available for free now on the App Store.
The app uses a custom design and is similar to other VR apps, but it’s a step up in quality from the more standard 3D applications on the market.
The 3D camera and virtual reality camera work in harmony, creating a 3D environment that mimics the feeling of being in the real world.
It has the ability to track up to 12 objects at once, with the camera allowing you to rotate 360 degrees around each object.
Users can also switch between 3D and 2D views with the touchpad on the right hand side of the app.
Voodoo Zipping has the potential to be a huge hit with the VR community.
The company was founded by two former VR developers, and has already been featured on VRFocus.com, VR-Central and VRFocus Australia.
Voodoo’s app has also attracted attention from the likes of Oculus VR, Microsoft and HTC.
While VRFocus is yet to confirm when the app will be available for download, VRFocus has contacted the company for more information.
It’s worth noting that Zipliner’s app will also be available in VR for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
VRFocus will continue to monitor the VR market and report on any major announcements.
