Voodoo dolls are popular among fetish enthusiasts, and their popularity has been growing in recent years.
Now, the UK is gearing up to celebrate the countrys first ever UK Vootie Doll show.
The first show in London will be held on December 13, with the second being held on January 11.
Voodoo dolls, which are traditionally dressed in white, will be in full force, with fans dressed as a voodoo priest or witch or witch-master.
This is the third show in the UK in 2016, and the first to be held in London, following a similar event in Manchester, which drew around 1,500 attendees.
According to organisers, the vodouists will be treated to a vat of voodoo wine and sweets.
There will be no masks, but a “beady” voodoo lamp will be set up on stage.
It will be open to the public, and you can also purchase a “memento” to be presented to the vos, or you can make one yourself.
The show is being organised by a group of vodooisers called the London Vooty Doll Association, which is based in the city’s Hyde Park district.
The organisation’s head of communications, Emily Latham, told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that there were around 50 voodoo worshippers attending the show.
“We’ve had about 40 people come through the doors,” she said.
“It’s an all-age, all-sexual, all women, all ages show.
We’ve got quite a number of vos and it’s a very, very safe show.””
It’s been great fun, the whole experience, it’s been very exciting and it hasn’t really sunk in yet,” she added.
Latham said the show would be open from 8pm on December 12, but there was no guarantee that all those attending would be voodoo priests or witches.
The organisers of the show said the event would include an all inclusive dress code, which will be enforced by the police.
“The voodoo dress code is that you’re not going to be allowed to have your hair down, you’re going to have to wear a hoodie and a robe or you’re just not allowed to be in a costume at all,” she explained.
“It will be very relaxed.
We have a few people in black who have been in there before, so they can go in their black costumes and they’re not even allowed to bring their hair up in the air.”
The organisers also want to highlight the importance of vocation.
“Vodou is very important in the vocation of being a vos,” Latham explained.
“You have to have a vocation to be a voto, and if you don’t have a job, if you can’t do something to support yourself, you can die.”
The show has also been organised by the Voodoo Sisters of Ireland. “
So we want people to have that vocation, to have an aspiration to be voto and to have the voto dream come true.”
The show has also been organised by the Voodoo Sisters of Ireland.
“The vos are very, extremely proud to have hosted the first ever Voodoo Vootia Doll Show at Hyde Park, the only UK venue hosting the UK’s largest voodoo event,” the organisation said in a statement.
“Voodoo Dolls are a highly erotic, highly diverse and hugely popular fetish.
This show will feature over 40,000 vos from across the UK, and it will be a night of incredible passion, love and excitement.””
There will be two separate show times,” Lathan added.
“One will be for adults and one will be only for vos.”
