Voodoo donets are now a staple of the food scene in Portland, Oregon.
Portland-based Voodoo Doughnuts opened its doors in 2016, opening a shop at 810 SW 12th Ave.
The owners have become something of a hit for their signature donuts, with their signature Donut Cake topping, which is often paired with a pineapple.
They also have a donut shop in the Pioneer Courthouse, a popular place for tourists to eat during the season.

Courtesy of Voodoo doughnuts.com The Stumpfs opened the new shop with a large selection of donuts and other baked goods, but they’ve added a small shop specializing in other desserts.
Voodoo Bread and Donut Doughnuts in Southeast Portland opened in October 2017, and the StumpFs have also added a smaller shop.
Voodoos are a popular choice for summer desserts and they are a favorite of many Portlanders.
They have become a regular at many restaurants in the city, including Boulud, Mango and Desserts, and at the Stumps’ Voodoo Restaurant.
At a news event announcing their first donut venture, the owners said the donut business has helped them become the most popular bakery in Portland and has been a success.
They said the new store will be open until late summer.
Voduos aren’t just for kids.
The couple opened the first Voodoo Shop in Northeast Portland in December 2017, which sells donuts made with a mix of coconut and coconut oil.

Voodos are often paired or paired with sweetened condensed milk, which has also become popular with the city’s young population.VODUOS are also a popular treat at restaurants such as Dessert Diner and Dapper Donuts.
Courtesy Dessert DonutsIn addition to their regular Donut Bakery and Donuts, the Stumpyfs opened a smaller bakery in their Southeast Portland shop, which offers handmade cookies, donuts (the doughnut maker is the same as a donuts maker) and other sweets.
They say they want to offer their customers a taste of their home city of Portland.
They hope to open a second shop in Portland in the coming weeks.
“We’ve made this happen by putting together a great group of friends who have been through this process together,” Emily Stumpyf said.
“It’s been a real adventure and it’s just such a great way to make a business start.”
